For the people who own the books

Agents need a record. We build it.

We build that record, migrate or modernize the systems behind it, and put agents on the work with your team approving every step.

Your old systems feed one clean record. Agents do the work on it, with one line highlighted for review, and a person signs it off. GP SAP XLS PDF OK Looks good. Old systems One record + agents You approve

And the AI platforms behind the agents

Right now, your close runs on Maria.

The real process lives in one person's head, a file called FINAL_v7 and an email thread nobody wants to open.

An agent can't ask Maria.

It reads the record. So we write down what Maria knows, connect the systems behind it and give agents a record they can trust. Maria gets to do Maria's job.

Before an agent touches your business

Duplicate customers. Three versions of last month's numbers. A process only one person understands. Agents would run that mess faster, so we clean it up first.

  • Migration and data import
  • Customer, vendor and payroll setup
  • Clean-up across finance and operations

Everything your business runs on, in one record

Your business lives in systems, spreadsheets, inboxes and people's heads. We stitch it together, agree what every term means, and write down the rules and who owns them.

  • Systems stitched together
  • One dictionary across the business
  • Rules, exceptions and owners agreed

Agents act inside the limits you set

With the foundation ready, agents take on the work. They act inside your limits, log every step and send anything outside those limits to the right person. Your team owns the rules and the exceptions.

  • Every action logged
  • A named owner for all work
  • Limits set by your team

What we do

Three things, in whatever order your books need them.

Build

The record you are missing

Work that lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and one person's head gets a real record, with definitions and an audit trail.

What you know.

Modernize & Migrate

The record you already have

Staying on a private, paid-for system? We make it agent-ready where it sits. Ready to leave? We migrate it with full history and a signed tie-out.

What you know, on a system that can hold it.

Operate

Agents on that record

Agents do the volume work and log every action. Your team reviews the exceptions, approves what leaves the building and learns to run the agents.

What agents may do, and what they did.

The rules live in the record.

Agents are only as good as the record they read, and only as safe as the record they write to. The first agent is easy to watch. By the tenth, across close, payables, tax and reporting, you need one set of rules and one log for all of them.

One record in the centre with three agents, labeled Close, AP and Tax, connected to it. A rulebook sits on one side and a log of every action on the other.RULESCloseAPTaxLOG09:02 Close rule 409:03 AP rule 709:04 Tax rule 2One record. One set of rules. Every action logged.

One rulebook

Limits on amounts, accounts, vendors and approvals are written into the record once, so every agent follows the same rules. Changing a rule needs sign-off.

Every action on the record

Each run is logged in order, with what the agent read, what it did, which rule allowed it and who approved what. The log doubles as control evidence for your auditor.

Checked against the source

Agents tie their work back to the bank statement, subledger or filing. Anything that does not tie, or that the agent is unsure of, goes to a review queue.

A list and a pause switch

Every agent is listed with its owner, what it can touch and what it costs to run, and any agent can be paused at once.

See agent governance and the audit trail

Built for agents. Run by people.

Most companies bolt AI onto systems designed for people, then ask people to check the AI's work. We design the system around agents and put your team in charge of running and governing them.

  1. Read the books

Audit your records, data, controls and roles.

  2. Design for agents

Build, modernize or migrate the record.

  3. Ship agents

Shadow mode against today's results, then production.

  4. Train operators

Your staff learn to run and govern the agents.

  5. Run and improve

Monitoring, new workflows, and every agent listed with its owner, its limits and its cost.

What changes when the books are ready

One set of numbers for the board.

Every company in the group sits on one ledger and ties out, so finance reports on it as one business.

Multi-entity groups

Filing season stops running on one person's spreadsheet.

State filings sit on one record, and agents draft returns on official forms for staff to review.

Tax practices

Fewer tax adjustments to defend in an audit.

Agents build the monthly tax import from raw AR and AP and log every change.

Manufacturing

Documents checked before anyone opens them.

Agents validate and extract onboarding documents inside your own cloud and flag what is missing for your team.

Financial institutions
